For small home-service shops
The overnight back office for your shop
While you sleep, Sunup works through new requests, follow-ups and maintenance reminders, and drafts the emails. Each morning you get one briefing that shows what came in and what's waiting for your OK. Nothing reaches a customer until you approve it.
What Sunup does overnight
New requests, sorted
Requests from your shop's online form are sorted by trade and urgency, using rules written for each trade, and each one gets a first reply drafted. If a request looks like an emergency, Sunup emails you an alert.
Maintenance reminders
Sunup checks your customers' equipment against each trade's maintenance schedule and drafts one reminder per customer when service is due. No customer gets more than one reminder in 30 days.
Follow-ups on quiet requests
When a request goes quiet, Sunup drafts a short follow-up. At most two per request, and never while another draft for it is still waiting on you.
One morning briefing
One email each morning: emergencies, new requests, maintenance due, follow-ups ready, requests that went cold, and how last night's run went.
Who it's for
Owners of small home-service shops who run the business themselves, often from a truck. You're the only one who signs in. Your customers never log in or download anything; they just get email from your shop.

How it works
Set up your shop
Sign in with your email, add your trades and shop details, import your customers from a CSV file, and share your shop's request form link.
Sunup works overnight
Each night it sorts new requests and drafts first replies, follow-ups and maintenance reminders.
Approve over coffee
Every draft in your morning briefing has an Approve and a Skip link. Approved emails go out from “Your Shop via Sunup” between 8 AM and 8 PM your time. Skipped ones never go out.
Draft-first, always
Sunup uses AI to help sort requests and word drafts, inside rules written for each trade. You decide what gets sent. Every customer email carries your shop's address and an unsubscribe link. Email only: no texts and no calls.
